Tate Talamini is an Area Sales Manager with Sathi USA, LLC, supporting concrete producers across Texas in the practical use of ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS). With nearly a decade of experience in the aggregates industry before joining Sathi, he has held roles across sales, plant operations, and quality control. This diversified background allows Tate to understand, and help reconcile, the competing priorities that exist between operations, quality, and commercial teams. His focus is on identifying inefficiencies in materials usage and production practices and helping teams improve performance through better understanding and execution. He holds a B.S. in Concrete Industry Management from Texas State University.
