Bio:
Bob Sparacino has 38 years in the Coal Combustion Byproducts industry including running and maintaining ash disposal equipment, setting up and managing quality control plans and procedures for utilities, and classification of byproducts to determine marketability. He ran a research project using municipal solid waste incinerator ash as a pelletized synthetic aggregate for use in asphalt patching material in Minneapolis / St Paul. Bob has been a member of the TACA Education Committee and served as chairman along with serving on the board of directors of TACA for many years.  He is currently in sales and marketing helping utilities achieve zero disposal.
